Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records in detention order passed in Memo No.BCDFGISSSV 111/2022 dated 09.09.2022 on the file of the second respondent herein and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu i.e., the body of Aravind s/o.Lutchumanan, male aged about 29 years, the detenu detained under Act 14 of 1982 in detention order Memo No.BCDFGISSSV 111/2022 dated 09.09.2022 herein now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 20.10.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.6910 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
