This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records relating to the order made in Crl.M.P.No.188 of 2017 in M.C.No.9 of 2012, dated 09.03.2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Tindivanam, Villupuram District and set aside the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had already given change of vakalat and none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. As the petition has been filed against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate under Section 127(3) of Cr.P.C, which itself indicate that, it is only to avoid the maintenance and to drag on the matter.
