This Court has set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent/ J. Harikrishnan in S.A. No.599 of 2012 vide order dated 12.09.2024 in C.M.P. No.19579 of 2024.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased second respondent/ J. Harikrishnan as respondents 3 to 6 in this second appeal is allowed.
