Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to (i)modify the condition imposing to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- by way of demand draft in favour of defacto complainant, imposed in the order dated 01.10.2021 made in Crl.OP.No.18339/2021.(IN CRL.MP.NO.13297/2021) (ii)extend 4 weeks time to comply the order dated 01.10.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.18339/2021. (IN CRL.MP.NO.13293/2021) Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.MUTHUSELVAM, Advocate [IN BOTH THE MPS] for the petitioner and of Mr.S.BALAJI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) [IN BOTH THE MPS] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 01.10.2021 this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditions and for extension of time to comply with the said conditions.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, strongly opposed these petitions, as the petitioner on his own volition only accepted to deposit the amount, while granting anticipatory bail.

3. As rightly pointed out by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), while granting anticipatory bail, the petitioner on his own volition, came forward to deposit the amount. Now he could not get back from his stand and seek modification of the said condition.
4. In view of the above, the petition in CRL. M.P. NO. 13297 OF 2021, stands dismissed. However, the time is extended by two weeks to deposit the amount as undertaken by the petitioner, while grant of anticipatory bail to him and thereby the petition in CRL. M.P. NO. 13293 OF 2021, is ordered.
