THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.13138 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13503 of 2021 N.BALACHANDRAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP.BY [ RESPONDENT ] SUB INSPECTOR OF POLICE, DISTRICT CRIME BRANCH, SALEM DISTRICT (CRIME NO.2/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed by the Hon`ble Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders in Crl.OP.No.13503 of 2021 dated 04.08.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.C.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 04.08.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 04.08.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month.
