ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.10.2021 for the offence under 363, 366, 376(2)(n), 417 506(1) of IPC and under Section 4 of The Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 Section 67 of Information Technology Act 2000 in Crime No.13 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution petitioner and defacto complainant have become friends and the petitioner has given a false promise to marry her and had sexual relationship with her and at that time, the petitioner has taken the obscene videos of the defacto complainant, then threatened her to release the same in the social media. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is falsely implicated in this case and he further submits that they love each other from 2015. He further submits that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for more than 60 days from 14.10.2021. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) raised objection stating that by giving false promise to marry her, he sexually harassed the defacto complainant and took obscene photos of the defacto complainant and threatened her to release the same on social media. He further submits that the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of Cr.P.C was recorded.

5. Considering the grave nature of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant to bail to the petitioner.
