The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned order of transfer dated 30.10.2006, wherein, the petitioner was transferred from Dharmapuri to Vellore. Now, more than 11 years had elapsed. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
