This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the pretext of enquiry, the respondents 2 & 3 police are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.
