This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the following persons, 1.B.Chandra, Wife, Age 62 years, 2.B.Geethalakshmi, Daughter, age 44 years, 3.B.Gajalakshmi, Daughter, age 41 years, 4.B.Prabhu, Son, age 38 years as petitioners 2 to 5 as legal representatives of the deceased petitioner in W.P.No.38331 of 2004.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
