Respondents 1-3/ Proposed Respondents 2-4 Prayer: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Order XXII Rule 4 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 praying to permit the petitioner to bring the proposed respondents Vijayalakshmi -wife, Sivaprakasam-son and Sasikumarson as respondents 2 to 4 as legal heirs of the deceased respondents in the aforesaid Civil Revision Petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner and learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 are before this Court.

2. Heard the submissions made by learned Counsel appearing on either side.

3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the main Civil Revision Petition and list the matter before this Court on 05.01.2026.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.B.Sundrapandiyan, in the cause list as Counsel for Respondents Nos.1 to 4 in main Civil Revision Petition.
