Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying praying to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Coimbatore to dispose the O.S.No.274 of 2021 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction for early disposal of the to suit in O.S.No.274 of 2021 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the first respondent herein has filed a suit in O.S.No.274 of 2021 with a prayer to grant an order of temporary injunction restraining the respondents, their men and agents from dispossessing him from the petition mentioned property till the disposal of the suit and also grant an order of ad-interim injunction. However, the said is pending till date without any progress. Hence, this petition.

3. The case is of the year 2021, hence, there is no necessity for this Court to pass any orders in this petition. Hence, this Court is of the view that if this petition is allowed it amounts to opening the Pandora box and it will be a wrong precedent, which this Court is not inclined to do and no reason for filing this petition for early disposal.

4. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be 2/4

granted by this Court and this Civil Revision petition deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly this Civil Revision petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
