ORDER
Heard Mr.G.Sankaran, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who took notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.
2. The petitioner's school was established in 06.06.2012 with Pre KG to VI standards under Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) syllabus. The petitioner has applied to the first respondent seeking DTCP approval on 03.09.2016. It is also stated that the petitioner has already got Panchayat approval for the buildings.
3. Since the petitioner has given representation to the respondents 1 and 4 seeking DTCP approval and the first respondent could pass orders regarding approval, only after the inspection made by the 4th respondent, it would be appropriate to direct the fourth respondent to make an inspection and file an inspection report to the first respondent and thereafter, the first respondent has to decide on the approval.
4. Hence, the 4th respondent is directed, to make an inspection and file a report before the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing such report by the fourth respondent, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders, with regard to DTCP approval, within a period of four weeks thereafter. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
