ORDER

This petition has been filed questioning the order dated 21.03.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1027 of 2017 in M.C.No.7 of 2015 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Omalur. 2.The said Crl.M.P.No.1027 of 2017 had been filed by the petitioners in M.C.No.7 of 2015 who are the wife and minor daughter of the present petitioner herein under Section 311 Cr.P.C. The said petition came to be allowed by a very detailed order in which the learned Judicial Magistrate relied on CDJ 2013 SC 561, Rajaram Prasad Yadav V. State of Bihar & Another. 3.I find no ground to interfere with the said order. As a matter of fact, the learned counsel states that they are not able to contact the petitioners herein. If the said Maintenance Case has not been disposed of by this date, a direction is given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, to dispose of M.C.No.7 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. 4.With the said observations, the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
