Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an issue an order of Interim injunction restraining the respondent from effecting any recovery from the pay of the petitioners in pursuance of his proceedings No. A E 3/ 23706 / 07 dated 05.04.2007 (in WMP.No.25848/2019 pending disposal of the above WP.No.26477/2019 and :

(ii) to grant an issue an order of Interim injunction restraining the respondent from effecting any recovery from the pay of the petitioners in pursuance of his proceedings No. A E 3/ 23706 / 07 dated 05.04.2007 (in WMP.No.25853/2019 pending disposal of the above WP.No.26480/2019 and :

(iii) to grant an issue an order of Interim injunction restraining the respondent from effecting any recovery from the pay https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the petitioners in pursuance of his proceedings No. A E 3/ 23706 / 07 dated 05.04.2007 (in WMP.No.25855/2019 pending disposal of the above WP.No.26482/2019 and :

(iv) to grant an issue an order of Interim injunction restraining the respondent from effecting any recovery from the pay of the petitioners in pursuance of his proceedings No. A E 3/ 23706 / 07 dated 05.04.2007 (in WMP.No.25858/2019 pending disposal of the above WP.No.26486/2019 respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.G.KUMARAGURU, Advocate for the petitioner all the petitions the court made the following order:- Since the Interim relief sought for in the Miscellaneous Petitions and the main relief sought for in the main Writ Petitions are one and the same, this Court is not inclined to grant Interim Injunction sought for by the petitioner. Accordingly, the WMPs. Are dismissed.
