ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation thoroughly and to file the Final report / Charge sheet before the Appropriate Court immediately in connection with Crime No. 739 of 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that though the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner approached the respondent police to take action against the illegal activities of one Palanisamy and Karthikeyan, no action was taken by them. Hence, the petitioner preferred a petition in Crl.M.P.No.4611 of 2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur for a direction to register F.I.R. u/s.156 (3) Cr.P.C. thereby his complaint came to be registered on 17.11.2019 for the offence u/s. 255, 256, 258, 406, 420, 467, 468, 294 (b), 323, and 506 (i) of I.P.C. in Crime No.739 of 2019.

4.In this case, the Sub Registrar was caught hand in glove and in connivance certain forged documents were created and the involvement of the officials are also found in the offence of cheating.

5.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case, investigation is almost completed and they are waiting for certain revenue records from the authorities. He would further submit that the charge sheet is yet to file in this case and the same would be filed within a period of three

(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
