This application is filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to proceed with the suit in the absence of legal heirs representing the estate of the deceased defendant nos.1, 9, 16, 18, 25, 37, 40, 41, 43, 44, 63, 67, 74, 75, 78, 84 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants 2 to 5, 7, 8, 14, 17, 25 to 27, 29, 30, 33, 35, 36, 38, 45, 47, 49, 51, 54, 57, 61, 62, 64, 68 to 70, 72, 73, 75, 77 to 79, 82 to 88 has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of the no objection made by the aforesaid respondents and also having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

4. Post the main suit on 14.10.2024.
