This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 22.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.35077 of 2005.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents/Contemnors submitted that as against the order of this Court dated 22.03.2022 made in W.P.No.35077 of 2005, the respondents/contemnors have preferred an appeal in W.A.No.2725 of 2022 and have also obtained an interim order of Status Quo on 16.12.2022.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Sub Application is closed.
