Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to register F.I.R. on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.08.2015 and to file a final report and for consequential orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent police on 01.08.2015, but, however, the police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

4. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.961 of 2015 has been registered for an offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
