ORDER

The petitioner is an accused in P.R.C.No.12 of 2013 and this petition has been filed for a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I at Kanchipuram to commit the case in P.R.C.No.12 of 2013 on the file of Inspector of Police, B-2 Vishnu Kanchi Police Station, Kanchipuram.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are totally two accused in P.R.C.No.12 of 2013, in which the petitioner is arrayed as A2 and he died. Therefore, all the charges are abated as against the petitioner/A2.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as abated. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kanchipuram is directed to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

committal proceedings in P.R.C.No.12 of 2013 as against the other accused, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
