This civil revision petition seeks for a direction to dispose of I.A. No. 5 of 2023 in O.S. No. 172 of 2022 pending on the file of the District Munsif -cum- Judicial Magistrate No. I at Hosur.

2. I have sought for a report from the District Munsif -cum- Judicial Magistrate No. I at Hosur on 29.08.2024 as to how long he would require to dispose of the application in I.A. No. 5 of 2023 in O.S. No. 172 of 2022 which 1/3

is said to be pending on his file.

3. The District Munsif -cum- Judicial Magistrate No.I has sent a report stating that he has heard arguments on both sides and has posted the matter for judgment on 06.09.2024. Since, the learned Judge is passing orders on 06.09.2024, no further orders are necessary in this revision.
