(CR.NO.1/2015) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.342 of 2020 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner in S.C.No.135/2016 on the file of the Learned Seesions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District dated 05.02.2019 and enlarge the petitioner on Bail pending disposal of the said Crl.A.NO.342/2020 IN CRL.MP.NO.12888/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.342 of 2020 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SUGENDRAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the application for suspension of sentence. 2.In view of the above, Registry is directed to prepare the typedset of papers and list the matter for final hearing during the third week of February 2022.
