ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct proper investigation and file final report in Crime No.957 of 2019 on the file of the respondent and prosecute the matter before the competent court within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No. 957 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 447, 427, 294(b), 323, 506 (I) of IPC, till date no final report has been filed by them.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the respondent Police would submit that the final report would be filed by them within a period of three months. Accordingly prays for appropriate orders.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is hereby directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de facto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
