ORDER

The contempt petition on hand has been filed praying to haul the respondents for non-compliance of the order of the Court passed in W.P.No.25383 of 2023, dated 31.08.2023 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.25383 of 2023, dated 31.08.2023, has been complied with. He has also furnished a copy of the order, dated 17.07.2024.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that notice has been issued to the petitioner to attend the enquiry. It is left open

to the petitioner to participate in the process of inquiry if required. However, the respondent has not committed any contempt willfully.

4. Thus, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
