This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Crl.O.P.No. 17738 of 2022 dated 29.07.2022 in Para 6(b) imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the Chief Justice Relief Fund, Tamil Nadu.".

3. This Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17738 of 2022 dated 29.07.2022. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed and time is extended till 07.10.2022 to the petitioner to comply with the condition as ordered by this Court.
