This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to record the petitioner as one of legal heir of deceased 3rd respondent and bring on record Tamilselvi, Seaman and Selvakumar as legal representatives of deceased 3rd respondent and to record them as respondents 5 to 7 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Mr.S.Krishnasamy, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending disposal of Second Appeal, the 3rd respondent Smt.Sumathy died on 24.01.2022 leaving behind the petitioner/her husband, two sons and one daughter as her legal representatives. Hence, he filed this petition to bring them on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the facts stated in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to record the petitioner as one of legal heir of deceased 3rd respondent and to implead her daughter Tamilselvi, her two sons viz., Seraman and Selvakumar as respondents 5 to 7 in the above Second Appeal and post the matter on 12.09.2024.
