Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner informed the Court that based on the letter of the petitioner dated 25.09.2025, seeking to withdraw the writ petition, he has submitted a letter to the Registry to withdraw the aforesaid writ petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the letter submitted to the Registry by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made by the learned counsel to that effect, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
