Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2021 and reconvey the land in S.No.65/3 extent of 80 cents at Kottagoundampatti Village, Omalur Taluk and further direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the land till the disposal of said representation.

Mr.I.Sathish, Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER The writ petition in WP.No.25965 of 2021 is filed for direction directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2021 and reconvey the land in S.No.65/3 extent of 80 cents at Kottagoundampatti Village, Omalur Taluk and further direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the land till the disposal of said representation. The writ petition in WP.No.25968 of 2021 is filed for direction directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2021 and reconvey the land in S.No.63/1A extent of 87 cents at Kottagoundampatti Village, Omalur Taluk and further direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the land till the disposal of said representation.
2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petitions, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representations of the petitioners dated 20.09.2021 & 18.09.2021 and, after issuing notice to the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, both the writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.
