Ms.E.Ranganayaki, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the order dated 08.04.2025 vide Na.Ka.03/2023/ Pa. Tho(2) passed by the respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to consider and pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2025.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred from Namakkal to Salem vide transfer order dated 08.04.2025. It is the submission of the learned counsel that the petitioner is the single mother and having girl child. It is the further submission that the petitioner has been transferred from Co-operative Department to Housing Co-operative Department. Hence, prayed to interfere with the impugned order. 4.At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader 2/4

would submit that the transfer order is dated 08.04.2025 and the petitioner had already been relieved immediately after the transfer order and the new person has joined there. Therefore, the learned Additional Government Pleader prayed to dismiss the present writ petition.

5.I have given my anxious consideration to either side submissions.

6.The main ground urged by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is upon family stress and upon medical ground. The best person to adjudicate this aspect is the employer. Apart from that, there is a small delay in approaching this Court. 7.It is pertinent to mention here that transfer is incidence of service. If at all there is any grievance in joining the new place, it is for the petitioner to give representation to the employer. Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in the writ petition. However, considering the family circumstances of the petitioner, this Court would like to give liberty to the petitioner to give representation to the respondent. If any such representation is received, the respondent is 3/4

pri directed to consider the same sympathetically taking into consideration the family circumstances, upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

8.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
