ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Contempt Petition and prayed to grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the trial court. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Contempt Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate application before the trial court.
