This petition has been filed to issue appropriate directions and call for entire records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.10/2016 dated 24/11/2016 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the action was dropped on 16.10.2019 and RCS notice No.4 of 2017 was served and the same is filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri.
