This Court, by order dated 20.10.2022, had dismissed Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.3372 of 2022, by directing the Principal District Munsif Court, Vellore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. The learned Principal District Munsif, Vellore, has addressed a letter dated 23.11.2023 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter.

3. This Court perused the letter dated 23.11.2023 sent by the learned Principal District Munsif, Vellore, and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the said suit within the time stipulated by this Court in the order in CRP No.3372 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022.

4. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of four months to the learned Principal District Munsif, Vellore, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2014 from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
