Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2025 within the period stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2025 within the time fixed by this Court.

2. With the consent of both side counsels the main writ petition is taken up for disposal. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 2/6

3. The petitioner states that she sold the property in Plot No.82A to one Arun Kumar and Vijaya Sree vide sale deed dated 27.01.2020. While so, the said persons started constructing a building in the said plot lying adjacent to the petitioner's dwelling house. The petitioner further states that the said persons were constructing the building in violation of the set back conditions imposed in the building plan. The petitioner states that in view of the set back violations committed by the private respondents, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 1st and 2nd respondents, but no action was taken. Hence the petitioner filed the present writ petition for the aforesaid relief.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents prayed for reasonable time to dispose the representation. 3/6

7. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

8. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the 2nd respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2025, by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, as well as to the private respondents, and thereafter to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

9. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
