Heard M/s.A.Anusuya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned Government Advocate accepting notice for the respondents 1 to 7 and with the consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the 4th respondent to conduct proper investigation and dispose of the reply letter sent by the 2nd respondent to the 4th respondent to conduct investigation vide letter inO.Mu.A3/932/2016 dated 27.06.2016 within a stipulated time.

The petitioner's grievance is that in spite of the direction issued by the 2nd respondent vide Memo dated 27.06.2016, directing the 4th respondent to conduct an enquiry, no enquiry has been conducted.

In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the 4th respondent to take note of the direction issued by the 2nd respondent dated 27.06.2016, issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the 8th respondent and proceed in accordance with law and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
