This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 415 days in filing the writ appeal.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we inclined to allow the petition, however on payment of costs.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) by the petitioners to the first respondent on or before 21.10.2024.
