PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent relating to the order in Na.Ka.No.LL2/28333/2014 dated 24.10.2014 (Served vide Na.Ka.No.1436/2016/F Dated 26.01.2018) to quash the same and to issued consequential direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Forest Watcher by Virtue of his placement at SI.No.885 in the State Wide Seniority List of Plot Watcher and assign proper seniority on par with the immediate Page No.1 of 4
Junior and appropriately fix the pay in the post of Forest Watcher and grant consequential benefits.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed questioning the proceedings Na.Ka.No.LL2/28333/2014 dated 24.10.2014 and also sought for consequential direction to appoint the petitioner as Forest Watcher by virtue of his placement at SI.No.885 in the State Wide Seniority List of Plot Watcher and assign proper seniority on par with his Junior and also fix the pay of the petitioner in the post of Forest Watcher. 2.
When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner was already appointed as Forest Watcher through proceedings dated 05.09.2022 and the copy of the same is also placed before this Court.

In the light of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the same is accordingly closed by placing on record the proceedings dated 05.09.2022. In case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order dated 05.09.2022, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
