This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Udumalpet, Thirupur District against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 120B, 406 and 411 of I.P.C.

2.It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the discharge petition filed before the lower Court was ordered by the trial Court. In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition.
