This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.6(b) imposed in granting bail to the petitioner/accused in Crl.O.P.No.11466 of 2023 order dated 18.05.2023 in Crime number 23 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11466 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
