This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.1022 of 2014 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the FIR in Crime No.1022 of 2014 is closed as mistake of fact and Final report has been submitted before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee accordingly. The copy of the same has been served to the complainant/2nd respondent also. Hence, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
