The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated on 17.6.2021, 23.2.2022 and 15.09.2022 to correct the wrong entry made in the field map sketch and reverse the entries in the field map sketch by mentioning the correct survey number and measurement viz. petitioners land in survey No. 644 / 1 measuring 2.34 Acres (0.95.0 Hectares) and land in S. No. 644 / 2 measuring 1.37 acres (0.55.0 hectares) situated in Karagathahallai village Palacode taluk Dharmapuri District within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

In order to correct the wrong entry of survey number and measurement in the Field Map Sketch (FMB) of the petitioner's land situated at survey No. 644 / 1 measuring 2.34 Acres (0.95.0 Hectares) and land in S. No. 644 / 2 measuring 1.37 acres (0.55.0 hectares) situated in Karagathahallai village Palacode taluk Dharmapuri District, the petitioner has given representations on 17.6.2021, 23.2.2022 and 15.09.2022. Despite that since the representations have not been 2 / 5
considered and no action has been taken, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.
3. Heard Mr.Ramesh Raja learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.N.Senthil Selvi, learned Government Advocate.
4. Learned Government Pleader would submit that the representations submitted by the petitioner on various dates would be considered and the needful would be undertaken by the respondents within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the said submission of the learned Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order. "That there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner and pass necessary orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
