In view of the order dated 10.08.2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner had taken out two applications for reopening and recalling the attesting witness in OP.No.161/2022. Since the learned counsel cited her personal inconvenience as the reason for not examining the attesting witnesses on the earlier occasion, these applications are considered favourably and allowed.

2. These matters are ordered to be listed before the Master on 04.10.2023 for the continuation of recording evidence. The attesting witness is required to appear before the master on 04.10.2023, to record evidence.
