O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 13.06.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29403 of 2013.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent/contemnor submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with and the entire terminal benefits has been settled in favour of the petitioners and the pension pay order will be issued within a period of one week.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed and the respondent/contemnor is directed to issue the pension pay order within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
