Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders on the file of this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.THENRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.BALAJI, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police in the order dated 02.11.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.20731 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner at the time of complying the condition and prayed this Court to modify the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Though this petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, the condition already imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 02.11.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.20731 of 2021 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. -sd/- 07/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
