Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to iisue a Writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to grant patta based on the application dated 22.06.2013 for survey No.87/3, admeasuring to an extent of 2047 sq.ft. situate at Peerkankaranai village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, which is purchased by the petitioner in Documents No.6355/2001 dated 14.12.2001 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Tambaram, within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the Tahsildar, with all the documents. He has also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect. 2.The said endorsement is placed on record. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs.
