Mr.G.Nanmaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2025 and select the petitioner as Anganvadi Assistant based on the guidelines issued by the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has attended interview on 04.06.2025 for Anganvadi Assistant. It is the further submission that the petitioner was fully qualified and inspite of her qualification and eligibility, she 2/4

was not considered for the said post. Hence, she sent representation on 10.07.2025 and such representation is pending. 4.At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner is over aged and not eligible, however, would submit that since the petitioner's representation is pending, the respondents would deal with the same in accordance with law.

5.In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the above representation of the petitioner, upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
