2. In the 6th line of paragraph 3, the word "not" has been omitted to be included after the words of the 'writ petition was' and the same may be included.

3. In all other aspects, the earlier order dated 19.12.2024 shall remain unaltered.

4. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh corrected copy of the order to the parties.
