This Petition has been filed to set aside the impugned order dated 31.01.2017 passed by the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore, in CMP.No.13312 of 2016 in C.C.No.129 of 2012.

2. From the year 2017 onwards, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks adjournment and at his request repeatedly, the case was adjourned for the past three years.

3. Today, there was no representation for the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding the matter further.
