AND V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN.J, This petition is filed to condone the delay of 70 days in filing the above appeal as against the judgment dated 05.03.2025 made in S.C.No.28 of 2017, passed by the Special Court for Trial of Cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, Namakkal.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 70 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
