This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the Respondents to provide drinking water connection (physically) to the petitioners house in Door No.9/437B, Thimmampalayam, Marudur, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore 631 104, based on the order of the third respondent dated 21.05.2022.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the request made by the petitioner and conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
