Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings No.EE/O&M/Ari/Varai/Ko.5(B1)/ A.No.12/2016 dated 11.07.2016 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to supply the sufficient load of electricity power to the petitioner agricultural service connection in S.C.No.605, U.T.Vanathiraiyanpattinam Village, Ariyalur Taluk & District.

Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Gunaraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2.The petitioner is having an agricultural service connection in S.C.No.605 for which supply was fed by Vanathiraipattinam Distribution Transformer with 100 KVA capacity. This transformer also feeds supply to other service connections apart from over head tank services and one another industrial service.

3.As the said 100 KVA was found to be insufficient in view of the subsequent connections given, additional 63 KVA capacity Distribution Transformer was drawn from Central Store, Perambalur and erected and energized on 02.01.2017. Now the petitioner's grievance is that instead of 63KVA it should be 100 KVA.

4.This Court is afraid that the said issue cannot be gone into in this writ petition. The respondents herein are the best person to take a decision. If it is found that 63KVA additionally drawn from the Central Store, Perambalur is still insufficient, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondents, in which case, if it is found that the same is not still sufficient, the respondents shall act and increase the additional capacity distribution transformer from 63KVA to something more so as to enable the petitioner to have sufficient supply to his service connection bearing S.C.No.605. 5.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
