This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information report in Crime No.59 of 2017 on the file of the respondent dated 07.04.2017 2.

The learned Counsel for Government (Crl Side) on instructions submitted that the case was investigated and closed as "further action dropped" .

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
